Invitation to my Zoom Yoga!!

Aloha my yoga mates, how are you doing? I hope you stay safe and healthy.

In order to stop spreading the COVID-19 (coronavirus disease 2019) in Hawaii, the Governor of the State of Hawaii, as well as the Mayors of city and counties, have instituted more strict provisions including “stay-at-home” order for the residents and visitors to stop the spread of the coronavirus in the islands.

During the past two-weeks experience of online yoga classes via Zoom, although I understood many of you have preferred “in-person” yoga classes, I found out positive aspects of our online practices. It included the growth of a sort of magnetic field created by every participant’s prana (life force) even through the Internet, which has generated a new community in cyberspace (!).

Now, we are getting into April this week.

For those who have more liberty to manage your time in this “stay-at-home” period, and/or for those who want more chances to release stresses of your body and mind, I set up a temporary discounted pass of $40 for April, with which you can take unlimited times of my yoga classes within the month via Zoom.

At your pace, please restrain your mind and body to enhance your immunity to beat the virus!

For those who are interested in it, please send me an e-mail to tell which class(es) you want to attend. I will send the invitation to my Zoom yoga class(es).
