Focus of March 2020
Aloha my yoga mates, how are you doing?
Although we are already in March, Coronavirus cases look still spreading in the world. While no antiviral agent has been officially released yet, the first and minimal thing we should do is to restrain our minds and avoid spreading false rumors. Also, we must be consistent with enough sleep, nutrition and appropriate exercises to keep our immune systems healthy—yes, persist on the yogic lifestyle!
Our yoga practices of this year have focused on the lower body from the toes to the knee joints. From this month, we will learn further about how the muscles and other connective tissues around the thigh affect the lower joints. Through those practices, I hope everyone to get their right alignments in many poses.
